  • Your organization controls the business records you store in the Service ("Customer Content").
  • NexliOne processes Customer Content on your organization's behalf to provide the Service.

If you are an end user using the Service through your employer or another organization, your organization may control certain privacy choices. You may need to contact your organization first for requests relating to Customer Content.

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you or your organization provide, such as:

  • Account information (e.g., name, email address, role, organization/workspace details).
  • Billing and subscription information (e.g., billing contact details and transaction records). Payment details are typically processed by our payment processor.
  • Support and communications (e.g., messages, tickets, feedback, and feature requests).
  • Customer Content you upload or generate in the Service (e.g., business records, operational data, documents, and configurations).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Device and connection information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location based on IP).
  • Usage and log data (e.g., access logs, feature usage, performance data, security event logs).

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from service providers and integrations you enable (for example, identity/authentication providers, payment processors, hosting, and email delivery) as needed to provide the Service.

  • Process Customer Content on Customer's instructions (as applicable).
  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

  • Billing, invoicing, and account administration.
  • Improve, test, and develop the Service (including analytics and performance monitoring).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Depending on the context and applicable law, our processing may be based on:

  • Contract (to provide the Service and support).
  • Legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service).
  • Consent (for certain optional cookies/analytics and marketing communications where required).

Depending on your plan and features enabled, the Service may use service providers such as:

  • Account and profile information: for the life of the Account and for a limited period after closure.
  • Billing and transaction records: as needed for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
  • Security and access logs: for a limited period to maintain security and investigate abuse.
  • Support communications: for a limited period to provide support and improve the Service.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information and Customer Content. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as contractual protections).

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information (for example, access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection).
