If you are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") may give you certain rights regarding your personal data.

Because NexliOne is typically used through organizations, some data (such as business records stored by your employer) may be controlled by your organization. In those cases, requests may need to be handled by (or coordinated with) your organization.

2. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Access (Article 15): request a copy of your personal data and information about how it is processed.
  • Rectification (Article 16): request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Erasure (Article 17): request deletion of personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction (Article 18): request limitation of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Data portability (Article 20): receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Object (Article 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests in certain circumstances.
  • Withdraw consent (Article 7): withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect processing before withdrawal).
  • Lodge a complaint: lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time periods required by GDPR (generally within one month, subject to extensions where permitted).
