Version: 1.2.0Last Updated: February 4, 2026Company: NexliOne

1. Scope

This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), applies.

2. Notice at Collection (Summary)

We collect personal information to provide and operate the NexliOne service, secure it, support customers, process payments, and improve the Service. We do not sell personal information for money and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect (Past 12 Months)

Depending on how you and your organization use the Service, we may collect:

  • Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, account identifiers, IP address).
  • Professional or employment-related information (e.g., job title, company/workspace information).
  • Commercial information (e.g., subscription and transaction records).
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., usage data, logs, device identifiers).
  • Geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address).
  • Sensitive personal information (limited to account log-in credentials and authentication-related data).

We do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

4. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from:

  • you and your organization (e.g., account setup, support requests);
  • your use of the Service (e.g., logs, usage data); and
  • service providers and integrations you enable (e.g., payment processing and email delivery).

5. Purposes for Collecting and Using Personal Information

We use personal information for:

  • providing, operating, and maintaining the Service;
  • account administration and authentication;
  • customer support and communications;
  • payment processing and billing;
  • security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection;
  • analytics and product improvement; and
  • legal compliance and enforcing our agreements.

6. Disclosures of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing) and to authorities or other parties where required by law.

7. Selling or Sharing

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Your CCPA/CPRA Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents may have the right to:

  • Know/Access: request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, used, disclosed, and the purposes for doing so.
  • Delete: request deletion of personal information.
  • Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (not applicable where we do not sell/share).
  • Limit Use/Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: limit certain uses/disclosures of sensitive personal information (we use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service and for security/authentication).
  • Non-Discrimination: not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

9. How to Submit a Request

To submit a request, email us at support@nexlione.com. We may need to verify your identity and, if your account is managed by an organization, we may need to coordinate with that organization.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf where permitted by law, subject to verification of authorization and identity.

You can also submit requests through our in-app form: Privacy Request.

10. Do Not Track; Global Privacy Control

There is no universally accepted "Do Not Track" standard. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal generally has no operational effect on those activities. If our practices change, we will update this Notice and implement required opt-out mechanisms.
