1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the NexliOne platform (the "Service"). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your users comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Activities
You will not (and will not allow any user to):
2.1 Illegal or Harmful Use
use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation;
facilitate fraud, deception, or other unlawful activity;
store or transmit unlawful content.
2.2 Security and Platform Abuse
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or data outside your tenant/workspace;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission;
interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including denial-of-service attacks);
upload malicious code, malware, or exploit content.
2.3 Intellectual Property and Rights Violations
infringe, misappropriate, or violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
2.4 Misuse of Data and Personal Information
collect, use, or disclose personal information in violation of applicable privacy laws;
process sensitive personal data in the Service without appropriate safeguards and legal authority.
2.5 Excessive or Unreasonable Use
use the Service in a way that unreasonably burdens infrastructure (for example, abusive automated requests) or circumvents rate limits or technical restrictions.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service (in whole or in part) and take other actions permitted under the Terms and applicable law.
